Overview

Ingredients
- 200gram chickpeas – cooked
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 5 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic – minced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients (apart from the olive oil and paprika) to a blender and blend to a smooth paste
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a sprinkle of paprika and drizzle with olive oil
- Enjoy as a dip with some toasted pita bread or as an accompaniment to your favourite Middle-Eastern meal
