 2 tbsp cooking olive oil
 2 slices stale sourdough bread
 ¼ tsp rosemary and thyme - finely chopped
 1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius

Meanwhile, cut the stale bread into cubes.

Mix the bread with the oil, add salt and herbs and stir through.

Add the bread to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
