 100 g smoked salmon ribbons
 2 slices toasted sourdough bread
 squeeze of lemon
 1 avocado - mashed
 salt and pepper to taste

Toast the sourdough bread


Peel the avo and cut into cubes
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to the avo and mash with a fork


Spread the avo on the toast and top with the salmon
