1 meringue nest
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 pinch cinnamon powder
fresh mango - diced
6 pecan nuts - broken into bits
1 tbsp maple syrup

Arrange the meringue nest on a plate and scoop the yoghurt into the centre.

Sprinkle over the cinnamon and top with diced mango.

Scatter the pecan nuts on top and finish off with a drizzle of maple syrup.
