80/20 friendly

4 tbsp oats
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
6 almonds
6 pecan nuts - broken in pieces
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
5 dates - chopped
1 banana - sliced
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
milk of your choice

Add all the dry ingredients together including the dates and mix through.
