Homemade Muesli

 4 tbsp oats
 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
 1 tsp chia seeds
 1 tsp flax seeds
 6 almonds
 6 pecan nuts - broken in pieces
 1 tbsp goji berries
 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
 5 dates - chopped
 1 banana - sliced
 pinch of ground cinnamon
 1 tbsp honey
 milk of your choice

Add all the dry ingredients together including the dates and mix through.

Top with the bananas and honey, add your milk of choice and enjoy!
