1 banana, sliced in half lengthways
1 slice toasted German rye bread
1 tbsp peanut butter (no salt, no sugar)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the banana on a gentle heat until caramelised on both sides

Toast the rye bread and add the peanut butter and top with the banana

Drizzle with maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon
