Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 small clove garlic – minced (optional)
Instructions
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it forms a rough paste
  • Stir through pasta, or enjoy with meat or fish dishes
