Overview

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest (optional)
- 1 small clove garlic – minced (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it forms a rough paste
- Stir through pasta, or enjoy with meat or fish dishes
