2 frozen bananas sliced
2 tbsp peanut butter - (no salt, no sugar added)
2 tbsp organic maple syrup
2 tbsp organic rolled oats
500 ml almond milk
2 pinches ground cinnamon

Add frozen banana, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk to a blender and blend well

Pour out into two glasses and sprinkle with a bit of ground cinnamon
