As everything is handmade, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be completed.
We proudly use only original Three Cats Shweshwe fabric, manufactured in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
The shweshwe fabric has an initial stiffness to the touch which will soften after a few washes.
Colours may vary slightly in production.

We currently only provide shipping for South Africa.
Orders are handmade to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed before dispatch.
Shipping within South Africa is via courier, (Dawn Wing or Courier Guy) delivered to your door. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered once completed.
For outlaying areas there will be a shipping surcharge.
We do not send our items outside South Africa at the moment. If you would like to place an order to be sent to any other destination, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you with a shipping fee and delivery time and then confirm your order with you.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused item within 7 days of the receipt of your order. However, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any customised items, or items purchased at our market stalls as items are available to try on and inspect before purchasing.
Discounted items are not eligible for return and returned items must be unused, in original packaging (where possible) and in the condition they were received. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, you may not be eligible for a refund. We are also unable to accept returns for international orders.
The selection of colours/designs on offer can change at any time depending on whether they get discontinued by the manufacturer, therefore we cannot guarantee that the current selection of colours/designs will always be available.
To return an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, item description, and the reason for the return. We can then arrange for collection.
If the return is due to a fault with the item, we will refund, repair or replace the product.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. We are unable to issue a refund until we are in receipt of the returned goods.
Please check the size guides of the items before placing an order. If you are returning an item due to ordering the wrong size the cost of returning the item/s to us will be for your account. If you are unsure of which is the correct size to order, please contact us for advice before you place your order.
