The blue foam provides a barrier but doesn’t stain porcelain. It effectively hides traces of urine, thereby reducing the need to flush every time, saving precious water.

We can only accept a return if the item you received is faulty. The item must be unused and returned within 7 days of the receipt of your order. However, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items purchased at our market stall as the items were available to inspect before purchasing.
Discounted items are not eligible for return and returned items must be in the condition they were received.
To return an item, please contact us at
[email protected] with your order number, item description, and the reason for the return. We can then arrange for collection.
If the return is due to a fault with the item, we will refund, repair or replace the product.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. We are unable to issue a refund until we are in receipt of the returned goods.
