Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days (depending on stock availability). Should a product be out of stock, the customer will be notified. We will then confirm with the customer if they would like wait for the stock (with an ETA) or if they want us to cancel the out-of-stock products from the order and send the rest.
We use a variety of courier services to deliver across South Africa, to all major cities, depending on your order type and size.
Bulky items (8kg+) have a surcharge added for delivery.
Outlaying areas will be delivered to via PostNet/ Post Office/ Paxi (whichever is closest to you), at the normal delivery rate, however, should none if these be available in your area and it needs to be couriered to your door, you will be notified and quoted for any additional delivery fees that may apply.
Delivery generally takes 2-3 business days, but we cannot be held responsible for delays once it is in the possession of the couriers.

Local Pickup: Should you wish to collect your order directly from us, please still allow the processing time and wait to be notified that your order is ready before you come to collect.
We have a 7-day refund policy. Should a customer change their mind, they have 7 days (from the time it is delivered to them) to request a refund.
The customer will be responsible for the courier fee to return products to us (unless it was a fault of ours, like sending the wrong order for example).
Once we receive the products, it will be inspected for damage or signs that it has been opened or used.
Strictly NO product will be accepted for a refund once it has been opened and used!
If the products come back in the same, sealed condition, your refund will be approved and you will be informed. Please note that all refunds are only processed at the end of the calendar month.
